Repair and reproduction – When original parts are no longer available

Thanks to our reverse engineering services, you no longer have to worry about rare parts for your Mercedes-Benz becoming unavailable. Whether damaged, lost, or simply no longer available – we'll get the component back on the road.

What is reverse engineering?

Reverse engineering is the process of analyzing existing components and reconstructing them in detail using state-of-the-art technology. This allows us to precisely replicate damaged or discontinued parts, thus preserving the functionality and aesthetics of your vehicle.

Our service: Custom reproduction

Our reverse engineering service enables the precise reproduction of damaged or discontinued parts. We use high-quality materials and state-of-the-art technology to ensure that the reproduced parts match the originals in quality and fit.

What should I keep in mind?

We can even restore broken or severely damaged parts using state-of-the-art 3D scanning technology. By digitally piecing together the broken parts, we create a complete 3D model that serves as the basis for the reproduction. However, this requires that at least one damaged original part or – if the component is completely missing – a mirror-image counterpart from the other side of the vehicle be provided. Only then can we precisely scan the component and develop a detailed model for reproduction.

This is how our reverse engineering process works

  1. Analysis of the damaged or missing component: You provide us with the original part which is damaged or, for example, is on the other side of the vehicle.

  2. Precise surveying and 3D modeling: Our team creates a detailed 3D model that serves as the basis for manufacturing.

  3. Individual production: Based on the model, we reproduce the component according to the highest quality standards.

  4. Quality control and adjustment: The part is checked for accuracy of fit and quality and, if necessary, readjusted, e.g. by changing the material.

  5. Installation or shipping: The finished part can either be installed by one of our partner workshops or shipped to you for self-installation.
